Refund and Returns Policy

For stock items, we accept returns on unopened, unused items in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number, ensuring a smooth and timely refund process.

Return Options:

• We offer a full refund as store credit for returns.

• If you prefer a money-back refund, we will credit the order amount minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the return to be processed and reflected in your account.

Refused deliveries will incur a 20% restocking fee.
